Security measures:

BINDE protects personal information by using secure (PCI Level 1 Compliant) networks and servers to store and encrypt personal information.
BINDE shall ensure that its personnel when using an automated data processing system may access only data that are within their competence.
BINDE shall take commercially reasonable steps to prevent any unauthorized person from accessing the facilities used for data processing and to prevent any unauthorized amendment or deletion of the recorded data.

1. If we become aware of an unauthorized acquisition, disclosure or loss of Customer Personal Data on our systems, we will notify you consistent with our obligations under applicable Law. We will also notify you and provide you with sufficient information regarding the unauthorized acquisition, disclosure, or loss to help you mitigate any negative impact on the Customer.
2. BINDE undertakes to regularly verify that the safeguards are effectively implemented and ensure that the safeguards are continually updated in response to new risks or deficiencies in previously implemented safeguards.

BINDE may update or modify such security measures but will not materially decrease the overall security of the services.
